The Municipal Library

The library in Jokioinen is located in the central area, Keskuskatu 27, near the municipality office, near the schools and the day care centers. Cosy set of rooms in an old valuable log house that has been fixed and enlarged into a functional ensemble.  

Come to the library when you’re looking for something interesting to loan, want to meet with familiar faces or just want to stop by for a moment. Read the todays newspapers in a bright reading room or immerse in a book while sitting on a comfortable armchair. The self-service library is available to use during service time and every day from 7 – 21.

A diverse selection of subjects are available in the library in different forms. If you’re in search of knowledge or ideas, you can always ask advice from the personnel.

We arrange events and activities for different age groups and work together with other Louna libraries.
